We’re a fast-growing hospitality group behind a collection of high-energy restaurants, cocktail bars, and neighborhood concepts. Our brands range from daytime café culture to late-night, design-led cocktail experiences—and we’re looking for a Director of Marketing & Social Media to elevate our voice, presence, and growth across all platforms.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands hospitality, lives and breathes social media, and knows how to turn great venues into must-visit destinations.

The Role

You will own the marketing function across all concepts—building brand identity, driving revenue, and shaping how guests discover and experience us both online and in real life.

You’ll work closely with ownership and operating partners to define positioning, launch campaigns, and ensure each venue has a clear, compelling identity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

  • Define and refine the identity of each concept within the group
  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across all locations
  • Position venues for different dayparts (brunch, dinner, late-night, etc.)

Social Media & Content

  • Own all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) across brands
  • Build a consistent, elevated content aesthetic that reflects each venue
  • Plan and execute shoots (photo + video), with a focus on shareable moments
  • Identify and create viral/menu-driven content opportunities

Growth & Revenue

  • Drive covers and reservations through targeted campaigns
  • Partner with platforms like Resy/OpenTable on visibility + placements
  • Launch and promote events, specials, and seasonal activations

Influencer & PR

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and press
  • Execute influencer campaigns focused on nightlife, cocktails, and dining
  • Ensure each venue has a clear narrative in the market

New Openings & Concept Development

  • Lead marketing for new venue launches from pre-opening through opening
  • Collaborate on naming, branding, menus, and guest experience

Team & Execution

  • Build and manage a small internal team and/or external agencies
  • Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and performance tracking
  • Report on key KPIs (engagement, reach, reservations, ROI)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B marketing
  • Strong understanding of NYC (and similar) dining & nightlife scenes
  • Proven ability to grow social accounts and drive real-world traffic
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • A sharp eye for design, interiors, and brand storytelling
  • Experience working with influencers and PR partners
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Both strategic and execution-focused—you’re as comfortable planning as you are shooting content on-site

Bonus Points

  • Experience with multi-unit or multi-brand hospitality groups
  • Background in nightlife, cocktail bars, or high-energy venues
  • Paid media / digital marketing experience
  • Copywriting and brand voice development
