Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights to refine campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design projects that enhance visual storytelling.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with management to ensure consistent messaging and manage relationship building with media outlets, influencers, and partners.
- Coordinate Local Chamber Of Commerce, B2B, & Vendor marketing events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
- Skilled in social listening platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring conversations and engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading and editing skills for clear communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
