Sales & Marketing Associate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in promoting our clients’ entertainment centers, driving customer engagement, and increasing foot traffic. The position supports both marketing initiatives and group sales efforts, working cross-functionally with internal teams, local venue teams, and external partners to execute impactful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Campaign & Promotion Development: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Manage the development of content for social media, email marketing, and digital platforms by coordinating with third-party partners and creators (including designers, videographers, and agencies). Provide direction, feedback, and approvals to ensure all assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media presence primarily through managing local social media coordinators. Provide direction on content, ensure consistency with brand standards, monitor performance, and support engagement strategies, including responses to customer inquiries and trend monitoring.
- Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, trends, and media/influencer partners to inform marketing strategy and recommendations.
- Partner Management: Coordinate with external partners and agencies to support SEO, paid media, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain internal marketing platforms, including websites, email marketing systems, loyalty/membership programs, in-venue digital signage, and directory listings. Ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms, including ongoing directory optimization (e.g., Google Business Profiles and third-party listings) to support local SEO performance.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on campaign, promotion, and program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand standards, voice, and positioning.
- Training & Enablement: Support and train local teams and social media coordinators on marketing tools, platforms, brand standards, and campaign execution to ensure consistency and effectiveness across locations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, culinary, technical, and team development teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Group Event Sales: Support group event sales efforts by collaborating with sales teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that drive group bookings.
· Sales Support: Collaborate with group sales teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that drive group bookings and event revenue.
· Competitive Analysis: Conduct event and group sales competitive analyses for new venue openings and ongoing benchmarking.
· Event Software Setup & Management: Assist with setup and maintenance of event management platforms (e.g., Tripleseat), including menu formatting, templates, reporting, and booking configurations.
· Training & Implementation: Provide remote and/or on-site support and training for event software and booking processes.
· Event Standards & Procurement: Support development and implementation of event décor standards and coordinate procurement with local teams.
· On-Site Event Training: Participate in and help facilitate event and banquet training for new venue openings or as needed.
· Creative & Collateral Support: Adapt and format event-related marketing materials for various channels and venue needs.
· File & Asset Management: Organize and distribute event-related assets and maintain up-to-date documentation for teams and partners.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· –3 years of experience in marketing, events, or related fields (entertainment, hospitality, or retail) preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
· Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Canva, Basecamp, Google Workspace, WordPress, Adentro, Tripleseat, etc.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Knowledge of SEO, local search optimization, and Google Analytics is a plus.
· Willingness and ability to travel to support new venue openings, on-site trainings, campaign launches, and event execution.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
