We know that when parents see our quality, they stay for life—but we need you to help them find us. We aren’t looking for someone to just check boxes. We are looking for a Growth Architect. Someone who wakes up thinking about which creator is the perfect fit for our next drop and how to turn a single Instagram Story into a wave of new customers.

The Mission: Help Us Scale Little Road Co. (90-Day Sprint!).

• Primary Goal: New Customer Acquisition (CAC-Focused)
• The Deal: 90-Day Performance Project with a "Contract-to-Permanent" path.

What You Will Do:

• Hunt for the "Perfect Fit": You’ll scout and sign high-impact influencers who actually influence—focusing on authentic parents who drive new customer acquisition.
• Build the "Street Team": You’ll be the primary point of contact for our creators, turning them into long-term brand evangelists who are excited to post.
• Own the Data: You’ll use Shopify to track every win. You’ll know exactly which creators are hitting our ROAS goals and which ones are bringing in the most new families.
• Content Direction: You’ll collaborate with creators to ensure their UGC (User Generated Content) is scroll-stopping, authentic, and "on-brand" for our aesthetic.

Who You Are:

• You have a proven track record of moving the needle. (verifiable influencer revenue by xx%)
• You are a "people person" who can negotiate with creators while keeping the brand's best interests at heart.
• You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial. You love the challenge of a 90-day sprint to prove what’s possible.
• You understand the "mom-sphere" but have the vision to take us nationwide.
