Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and social media initiatives to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive measurable business results. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of current digital trends and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, website, and paid advertising.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) aligned with brand voice and strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, social media metrics, and website analytics to optimize results.
- Manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visual and written content for campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and leads.
- Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries or comments professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media, digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), and content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Gujarati language is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
