Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding promptly to followers.
  • Create captivating visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling through graphics, photography, and videos.
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines, increasing visibility in organic search results.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities, informing future marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other digital platforms to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to manage media relations, craft press releases, and coordinate branding efforts that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, newsletters, e-commerce sites, and other digital channels to maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Lead relationship management initiatives by engaging with influencers, partners, and customers to foster community growth and loyalty.
  • Coordinate photography and video editing projects to produce high-quality multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing or related fields with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, web analytics platforms, and social listening tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content editing to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding, photography, video editing, and storytelling through digital channels.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus; familiarity with public relations practices is highly desirable. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
