Role Overview:
The Director, Client Strategy is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of revenue expansion across Brand Networks portfolio of SaaS clients. This role owns net revenue retention, including upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account growth, while ensuring clients realize measurable value from their investment.
As a key partner to senior marketing stakeholders, this role guides the development and maturity of influencer marketing and employee-generated content (EGC) programs, aligning Brand Networks’ platform and services to drive business outcomes across the marketing funnel.
- Own and drive net revenue retention across a portfolio of strategic accounts, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to SaaS clients, guiding their influencer marketing and employee-generated content programs.
- Align client business goals with BN Influencer capabilities to drive measurable impact across the marketing funnel.
- Lead executive-level conversations, including QBRs, growth planning sessions, and program maturity assessments.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities tied to influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, and EGC initiatives.
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, from practitioners to C-suite stakeholders.
- Use data and insights to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions, Product, Sales, and Media teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product innovation and go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain clear account plans, forecasting, and pipeline visibility within tools like Salesforce.
Requirements: Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, SaaS, or social ad tech.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, and/or employee-generated content strategies.
- Proven success in account management, client services, or sales roles. Experience with quota or revenue responsibility preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of growing existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, expansion revenue).
- Skilled at leading executive conversations and connecting business outcomes to platform value.
- Experience navigating enterprise and mid-market organizations and building relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- Self-starter with a proactive, strategic mindset and strong organizational skills.

Pay Rate:
$120,000-$165,000 base salary
