FadCult Media by FBD GROUPS is growing and looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content, enjoys fast-moving digital environments, and can help support content creation across multiple social media platforms.

If you are bilingual in English and Chinese, know how to manage social media content, and are comfortable helping with filming, coordination, and editing, we’d like to hear from you.

• Manage and create social media content for multiple social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Meta, Threads, Rednote, and TikTok.
• Research, invite and contact potential guests/speakers for the Youtube and podcast channels.
• Brainstorm, plan and film short-format videos for story posts.
• Assist manager to plan filming schedule and email inquiry, and accordinate all the preparation and needs before each filming.
• Assist the host and videographer during on-site filming and documenting production details.
• Collaborate with the manager to brainstorm innovative ideas to long-format video content and execute digital content strategies that supports channel goals.
• Stay updated on social media industry trends and techniques to increase channel traffic and create viral video content.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Collaborate with the oversea team to align video content with channel tone and guidelines.
• Finish tasks assigned by manager on time.

Requirements:

• Willing to travel to other states for video shooting and business trips.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Experienced in using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro.
• Experienced in managing social media platforms and short-format video filming.
• Passinate in short-format video filmings and digital content creation.
• Excellent organizing and managing tasks, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experienced in working with/for influencers or Youtuber.
• Proficient in using both Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Effect.
• Experienced in filming long-format or short-format video
• Advanced level in editing short-format videos
