As the Senior Manager, Marketing, you won't just follow the playbook—you’ll write it. You will lead the strategic development and execution of best-in-class marketing plans for a portfolio of Jazwares’ most exciting brands. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Marketing, you will act as a central hub, partnering with Brand, PR, Creative, DTC, and Sales teams to ignite brand awareness and drive global growth.
What You Will Do:
- Drive the strategic development and tactical execution of integrated marketing plans to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Work alongside the Brand team to stay updated on product launches, retail exclusives, and key brand beats. Must be able to react to and adjust marketing plans in real-time.
- Manage creative asset development across brands in portfolio including TV commercials, digital and social content, and photography.
- Partner closely with the DTC, Sales, Retail Development, Creative and other internal teams to align on overall goals and execute strategic campaigns.
- Develop marketing plans and presentations that clearly communicate key information to brand partners, licensors, retailers, and leadership.
- Manage external agencies with regards to digital media, creative development, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to develop project timelines, track projects and push forward to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Assess the effectiveness of the various marketing campaigns under their responsibility: organize postmortems and present key takeaways to leadership.
- Consistently review and report trends, sales data and consumer behaviors.
- Partner with the Social team to develop social media and influencer strategies to ensure plans align with overall brand and marketing goals.
- Develop creative briefs and manage relationships with external agency partners for social and video creative, paid digital and linear media, influencers, print, e-commerce and more.
- Assess the effectiveness of the various marketing campaigns under their responsibility: organize postmortems and present key takeaways to leadership.
- Support retailer relationships by providing regular updates on marketing plans and identifying potential partnerships and collaborations.

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or another related field highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing, TV/digital, social media, paid media.
- Previous experience working in consumer packaged goods, toys, entertainment or creative agency experience required.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Fluency and a passion for social media.
- Culture and trends obsessed with the ability to translate that into innovative creative output for our brands.
- Highly creative with a passion for brand building and an eye for creative design.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer data to inform strategy.
- Ability to craft long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams, provide guidance, and develop talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to oversee multiple marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Strong skills in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong decision-making ability, especially in high-pressure environments where marketing outcomes impact business results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust strategies based on market changes.
- In cases where the company operates in multiple regions, the ability to manage global marketing strategies while being sensitive to local markets.
- Strong proficiency in google workspace/Microsoft office.

What we offer:
The salary range for this position is $98,640.00 - $121,320.00/ Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.
Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave. Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
