About the job
We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Sr. Director of Social & Creative Partnerships for our client in Los Angeles. This pivotal role will focus on scaling social selling initiatives across platforms such as TikTok Shop, YouTube, and Instagram, while driving revenue through innovative creator partnerships and social commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, affiliate sales models, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in building a scalable, data-driven social commerce engine.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for sourcing and managing creator talent
• Build a structured pipeline of creators across various tiers, utilizing analytics and AI tools to optimize recruitment and evaluate performance.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with top-performing creators through personalized engagement, performance reviews, and strategic collaboration.
• Oversee the monetization of successful creator content by negotiating rights agreements for paid media amplification across platforms like TikTok and Meta.
• Design and execute affiliate sales channels with performance-driven commission structures, incentive programs, and content strategies tailored to revenue generation.
• Organize creator engagement events such as summits and meetups to foster loyalty, deepen relationships, and generate impactful content for brand promotion.
• Develop scalable systems for product seeding, creator tier rewards, and co-creation initiatives to maximize content output and optimize asset repurposing.
• Create and maintain analytics dashboards to track key revenue metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and average order values.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and customer experience, to align social selling strategies with broader business objectives.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of specialists in areas such as affiliate coordination, creator outreach, and live shopping production.
• Extensive experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, or affiliate sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue through creator partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging social media channels.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools and AI platforms to evaluate creator performance and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships and foster loyalty among creators.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable social selling programs, including incentive structures and affiliate sales models.
• Expertise in producing and managing high-impact creator engagement events and community-building initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities to develop performance reports and strategic recommendations based on revenue metrics.
• Leadership experience in building and managing cross-functional teams, including specialists in social commerce and event production.
