·     Assistance on photoshoots

·     Coordinating samples for wholesale, shoots etc

·      takes weekly calls with PR team and helps executes any in house tasks - pass of decks, send out samples, provide general communication 

·      takes part in event planning and executing events

·      outreach and management of influencer self-shoots and projects 

• Manages shopmy gifting and fostering community

·      helps out on seasonal lookbook shoots and planning 

·      takes weekly calls with buying team to understand merchandising needs, site direction, and newsletter calendar

·      merchandises site bi weekly (makes sure collections are merchandised, sold out styles are removed, styles we need to push moved up or highlighted) 

·      updates homepage bi weekly (updates imagery, copy, collection links) 

·      takes weekly calls with graphic designer to debrief on newsletter, passes off graphics and copy, and deploys newsletters once ready

·      sends samples and gifts out to celebrities, influencers etc 

·      generates new marketing initiatives and ideas 

·      inputs meta data and product descriptions once a season into shopify

·      help compile reel content and tik tok content
