About Pique

Pique is an industry-defining wellness company at the leading edge of performance branding. Our products are grounded in science and nature, our brand is driven by passion and artistry, and our culture is shaped by high performance and individual agency.

The Role

We are hiring a Content Producer to operate as the production engine of our performance creative team. This is not a traditional production coordinator role—you are an end-to-end creative executor who can set up the gear, direct the talent, capture the footage, and hand off edit-ready material that fuels our top-of-funnel growth engine.

You will work directly with our Lead Creative Strategist to execute briefs across two modes: high-aesthetic, elevated content in the vein of high-end aesthetic—and raw, high-converting performance creative. You move fluidly between both. You will also work closely with our Creative Producer and report directly to the Lead Creative Strategist.

Responsibilities

Production & Shooting

  • Own end-to-end production for performance creative shoots—from pre-production planning through on-site execution to footage handoff.
  • Travel to shoot locations—including influencer homes and real-world environments—to capture authentic product-in-use content.
  • Set up and operate camera, lighting, and basic audio equipment across a range of formats: handheld, lo-fi, documentary, studio, and podcast-style.
  • Direct talent and creators on-set to execute the brief—and bring instincts for moments that weren’t in the brief but should be.
  • Manage shoot logistics: scheduling, location coordination, gear, talent communication, and day-of production.

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with the Lead Creative Strategist to translate briefs and creative hypotheses into shootable, structured shot lists.
  • Contribute actively to creative ideation—not just execution—with instincts for what will perform on paid social.
  • Build strong creator and influencer relationships to support a scalable, repeatable production network.

Post & Asset Delivery

  • Return from every shoot with organized, labeled, edit-ready footage that allows our editors to move fast.
  • Video editing ability is a strong plus—comfort cutting social-first content, reels, or rough cuts preferred.
  • Maintain a clean asset library and ensure footage is structured and accessible across the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on shooting and production experience, ideally in DTC, social, or performance creative.
  • A strong portfolio of shot content—particularly lo-fi, authentic, lifestyle, or UGC-adjacent formats that perform on paid social.
  • Fluency with camera operation across formats: handheld run-and-gun, studio, natural light, and on-location setups.
  • Working knowledge of lighting setups (continuous, strobe, natural), audio basics (lav mics, boom, basic sound checks), and gear configuration.
  • Comfort directing talent—you can give confident, calm, effective direction without needing a floor director behind you.
  • High organizational instincts—shoots you run don’t fall apart.
  • Video editing ability is a meaningful plus; experience in Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut-level social editing welcomed.
  • Self-directed with strong executional follow-through—you figure it out and get it done.
  • Clear, concise communicator who simplifies complexity and drives action without needing to be managed.

What You’ll Love About This Role

  • You are the production engine—you have real ownership over how creative concepts come to life, not just a supporting role in someone else’s vision.
  • You’ll work across two aesthetics—elevated editorial and raw performance creative—which means no two weeks look the same.
  • Equipment is provided. You focus on the creative; we handle the gear.
  • Tight creative team. You’ll work closely with the Lead Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Art Director, and Editor—not in a silo.
  • Your work runs at scale. The content you produce will fuel paid social campaigns reaching millions of impressions.

The Team You’re Joining

  • Lead Creative Strategist (your direct manager)
  • Creative Producer (your closest production collaborator)
  • Art Director
  • Graphic Designer
  • In-house Video Editor (DTC-focused; post-production, not shooting)

This role was created to add a dedicated production head to the team—someone who can shoot, set up, and direct. You will not be expected to project-manage or run administrative workflows. You execute.
