Position Overview

The Brand Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for managing the Westcott Creator Program, a tiered partnership structure spanning Affiliates, Ambassadors, and Top Pro photographers, while driving brand engagement across social platforms and representing Westcott at industry events. This is an execution role built on relationships, accountability, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnership Program Management & Marketing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Top Pro photographers, ambassadors and affiliates
  • Handle program logistics: loaner gear coordination, order entry, tracking, and returns
  • Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new photographers, creators, and influencers across program tiers
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns with program members, including social media assets, messaging, and content release timing
  • Identify opportunities to leverage influencer and creator relationships to amplify brand presence
  • Track affiliate performance and surface growth opportunities
  • Maintain proactive communication, detailed records, and consistent follow-through

Social Media & Content Execution

  • Own Westcott's social media posting cadence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X, maintaining a consistent brand look, feel, and voice
  • Engage daily with the community, responding to comments, messages, and tagged content from photographers and creators
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement, visibility, and community participation
  • Work within established processes for posts, reels, and promotions, and help improve those processes over time
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and deliver content on schedule

Event Coordination & Support

  • Plan and execute logistics for trade shows, workshops, and dealer events
  • Coordinate gear, schedules, and on-site needs for Westcott and participating partners
  • Travel approximately 3-4 weeks per year

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Exceptionally organized with strong time management and follow-through across multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Positive, outgoing, and professional, with a collaborative approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure while working independently
  • Experience managing social media channels with an eye for cadence, aesthetics, and platform best practices
  • Position is based in Maumee, Ohio, but open to remote for the right candidate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in photography, video, or content creation
  • Experience coordinating ambassador programs, affiliate platforms and performance tracking tools
  • Experience working with photographers, creators, or brand ambassador programs
  • A natural eye for talent and an understanding of what makes compelling visual content
