Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, enabling proactive engagement and reputation management.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing visuals and editing videos that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report insights regularly.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and manage relationship building with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
  • Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and streamlining content delivery.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic reach through optimized content creation.
  • Engage in social listening to gather insights on customer preferences, industry shifts, and competitive activity for continuous improvement of marketing tactics.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to maintain professionalism and brand voice consistency across channels.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales strategies to boost conversions.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms with measurable results.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content optimization strategies.
  • Ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, influencers, and media contacts.
  • Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar is preferred for creating compelling multimedia content.
  • Prior experience in branding, public relations, or e-commerce environments is advantageous for holistic campaign development.
