Our client is one of the fastest‑growing physician‑dispensed skincare brands in the US and is entering an exciting next phase of digital expansion. They are seeking a strategic, highly data‑driven leader of eCommerce and Growth Marketing to own and scale their US digital growth agenda across customer acquisition, market expansion, and retention/loyalty.

The successful candidate will lead the client's end‑to‑end US eCommerce and growth marketing strategy, translating ambitious commercial goals into measurable, scalable outcomes. This individual will work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Brand, Product, Sales, and Operations teams, and will play a central role in defining how the organization acquires, converts, and retains customers.

The role offers significant visibility, influence, and the opportunity to build both strategy and operating model as the business continues its rapid growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the US eCommerce and Growth Marketing strategy with a clear focus on profitable customer acquisition, market expansion, and long‑term customer value.
  • Own the performance marketing ecosystem, including paid search, paid social, affiliates, influencer performance, and emerging channels, with full accountability for budget management, forecasting, and ROI.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization across the digital funnel, including site experience, merchandising, offers, checkout, and post‑purchase journeys.
  • Build and scale retention and loyalty initiatives, including CRM, email/SMS, segmentation, personalization, and loyalty programs to improve repeat purchase and lifetime value.
  • Establish a disciplined test‑and‑learn culture using structured experimentation, clear hypotheses, and robust measurement frameworks.
  • Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, AOV, retention, and cohort performance to senior leadership.
  • Partner with data and technology teams to strengthen analytics, attribution, and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing internal team while effectively managing external agency partners.

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience , with deep expertise in eCommerce and performance/growth marketing .
  • Demonstrated success scaling customer acquisition while improving efficiency and profitability in a high‑growth consumer environment.
  • Strong lifecycle marketing capability, including CRM, personalization, segmentation, and loyalty mechanics.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive decision‑making.
  • Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically while remaining close to execution.
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering cross‑functionally at a senior level.

L ocation & working model

This role is based in Miami, Florida , with an expectation of being onsite three days per week .

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates relocating to Miami from within the US.
