Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand and local store marketing efforts for a growing restaurant group with 7 locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with restaurant or hospitality experience who can balance brand management, digital marketing, local promotions, and campaign execution across multiple stores.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand consistency, driving guest traffic, increasing online engagement, supporting store-level sales, and managing marketing programs that deliver measurable business results. This person will work closely with leadership, operations, and external partners/agencies to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen a consistent brand identity across all locations
  • Ensure alignment of visual standards, messaging, promotions, and customer-facing materials
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines for store-level and corporate marketing use

Digital Marketing

  • Manage the company’s digital presence across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase awareness, traffic, and conversions
  • Oversee email marketing, content calendars, and promotional communications
  • Support SEO/SEM and paid advertising initiatives, either directly or through agency partners

Local Store Marketing

  • Develop localized marketing strategies for each restaurant location
  • Partner with operations teams to support community outreach, partnerships, local events, and store-specific promotions
  • Identify opportunities to improve guest acquisition and repeat visits in each market

Promotions and Campaigns

  • Create and execute seasonal campaigns, limited-time offers, and promotional programs
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams on menu launches and promotional rollouts
  • Support the development of marketing materials for in-store and online use

New Store Openings

  • Lead pre-opening and grand opening marketing efforts for new locations
  • Build launch timelines, campaign plans, and local awareness strategies
  • Coordinate PR, influencers, community partnerships, and promotional events tied to openings

PR, Influencer, and Reputation Management

  • Build and manage relationships with media contacts, influencers, and food/lifestyle creators
  • Support review management strategy across Google, Yelp, and related platforms
  • Monitor brand reputation and recommend action plans to improve guest perception and ratings

Agency and Vendor Management

  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, photographers, designers, and other marketing vendors as needed
  • Ensure outside partners deliver on brand standards, timelines, and budget expectations

Budgeting and Performance Tracking

  • Manage marketing budget and recommend allocation across channels and initiatives
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Build dashboards and reports focused on KPIs such as guest traffic, online engagement, review ratings, and promotional effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-unit consumer business
  • Strong understanding of restaurant marketing fundamentals, including local store marketing and guest traffic drivers
  • Experience managing social media, digital campaigns, content planning, and promotional calendars
  • Familiarity with review platforms such as Yelp and Google Business Profile
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or a multi-unit business preferred
  • Experience with new store opening marketing is a strong plus
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actionable marketing plans

Preferred Experience

  • Multi-unit restaurant group experience
  • Japanese, Asian dining, or hospitality brand experience
  • Experience working with agencies and influencers
  • Knowledge of POS-driven promotions, guest behavior trends, and seasonal/daypart marketing

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, organized, and creative marketer who understands the restaurant business and knows how to turn marketing into measurable traffic and revenue. They are equally comfortable developing a plan, coordinating vendors, visiting stores, launching campaigns, and tracking performance.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
