RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Creative Design
- Own the Social Media presence including content planning, copywriting, and scheduling aligned to commercial priorities.
- Produce polished on-brand graphics for social, email, presentations, and digital assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content ideation and maintain high-volume, consistent output.
- Execute creative strategies to grow audience and engagement
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build and deploy segmented email campaigns targeting customers, partners, and prospects.
- Manage Email Campaigns to track lead attribution and support pipeline visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and surface actionable insights to improve conversion.
Events & Trade Shows
- Own the full lifecycle of trade shows from evaluation, budgeting, on-site execution, to post-event follow-up.
- Proactively identify and secure speaking opportunities for Tritium leadership, coordinating cross-functionally with Sales and Product to align messaging.
- Design and coordinate all event materials (booth graphics, signage, promotional assets, and printed collateral) ensuring a premium brand presentation.
PR & Communications
- Execute PR campaigns and manage relationships with US media and industry influencers.
- Review and edit internal and external communications for clarity and brand consistency.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging for customers, media, and partners.
Partner & Webinar Marketing
- Lead co-marketing initiatives with US and global partners across social, blogs, and shared assets.
- Project manage the full webinar lifecycle from content alignment through to post-event distribution.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 3–6 years in marketing communications, brand marketing, or a related B2B field.
- Hands-on graphic design proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for professional, on-brand visuals.
- Proven ability to independently produce social graphics, event collateral, decks, and digital assets.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Campaigns and an Email Service Provider (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar).
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for content ideation and performance analysis.
- Experience managing event budgets and leading vendor RFPs.
- Exceptional copywriting skills across social, email, and event formats.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to EV, clean energy, or fleet/mobility sectors is a plus.
