We’re looking for an Account Director to join our industry-leading Entertainment team, working across some of the most exciting campaigns in film and television.

You’ll play a key role at the heart of the agency, leading work for major studios including Amazon Prime Video, StudioCanal, Paramount Pictures and Paramount+, delivering culturally relevant, social-first campaigns that connect audiences to the content they love.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day management of key entertainment client accounts with confidence and ownership
  • Deliver integrated, social-first campaigns spanning content, influencer, partnerships and digital activations
  • Act as the central hub across projects, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from concept through to delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients and studios leading all communications
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Events, Creative, Production, Social and PR teams to deliver standout work
  • Lead on Pitch decks with the team and drive the best for every client
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard

  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into clear, compelling campaign ideas to pitch

Events Experience

  • Strong understanding of events and experiential and how to amplify them through content moments
  • Knows how to turn vision into reality across markets

Social & Digital Expertise

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and digital ecosystems
  • A sharp eye for content, trends and what drives engagement
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and how they shape audience behaviour

Client Leadership

  • Confident leading client relationships and conversations
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and influence decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management across multiple projects

Team Management

  • Experience supporting and managing cross teams
  • Collaborative, approachable and contributes to a positive team culture

Budgets & Delivery

  • Experience managing campaign budgets and timelines
  • Ability to oversee reporting and ensure high-quality output
