Position Overview
We're seeking a Shopify & Digital Commerce Strategist with strong visual design acumen to lead digital-first strategies and technical execution for DTC product launches in our 52 Launch Accelerator program. This role will partner with the GTM Strategy team within the marketing department to execute all aspects of the Accelerator program, 52 Launch’s primary product development offering to entrepreneurs. This role bridges strategic vision and hands-on implementation, requiring deep expertise in Shopify, e-commerce funnels (including Klaviyo automations), SEO, and digital acquisition channels along with overseeing the visual design and copy for the given products.
The ideal candidate has firsthand experience as an entrepreneur or founder, having built and scaled their own product online through digital channels. You will be responsible for both consulting and execution, while mentoring junior team members as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Commerce & Web Execution
- Bring the brand strategy to life: oversee visual design, copy, and other aspects of the product’s strategy and present them effectively via landing pages and websites to drive high volume sales for consumer products.
- Architect, build, and/or optimize existing Shopify websites and landing pages to achieve high conversion for DTC brands
- Plan and implement Klaviyo funnels and automations (email/SMS) including nurture, recovery, and post-purchase flows. Manage ongoing email marketing execution across high volume of client products.
- Execute analytics and conversion rate optimization across client sites and product pages
- Collaborate with design, copy, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, engaging online experiences
- Implement SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization for product launches
Client Consulting
- Guide clients through digital strategy, e-commerce build, and online growth planning
- Manage client expectations and strategic pivots throughout the digital launch lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Must have: Expert in Shopify platform
- Must have: Expert in Klaviyo automations, email/SMS funnels, and conversion analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years proven experience building and optimizing Shopify/DTC e-commerce sites
- Advanced skills with web analytics, CRO tools, and digital marketing platforms
- Strong SEO experience including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO
- Entrepreneurial background; ideally former or current founder/owner bringing a product to market digitally
- Collaborative, organized, and a strong communicator
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital PR for e-commerce
- Knowledge of email marketing automation beyond Klaviyo (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion optimization platforms

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
