社媒运营岗位日常账号运营与内容发布
- 负责多个社交媒体账号的日常维护,包括内容策划、撰写、编辑、排版和定时发布(图文、短视频等)。
- 保持账号调性一致,符合品牌形象,确保内容高质量、有吸引力。
- 监控平台动态,快速响应热点话题、新闻事件,产出及时性内容。
内容策略制定与策划
- 根据公司营销目标、产品特点和用户画像,制定月度/季度内容运营策略和推广方案。
- 挖掘用户需求、兴趣点,策划专题、话题、系列内容,提升传播力和参与度。
- 结合KOL/网红合作、跨平台联动,增加曝光和转化。
用户互动与社群运营
- 及时回复评论、私信、用户反馈,处理负面舆情,维护粉丝关系。
- 提升粉丝活跃度、留存率和忠诚度,通过活动、抽奖、问答等方式增加互动。
- 搭建和管理粉丝社群,促进用户沉淀和转化。
数据监测与优化
- 跟踪核心指标(如阅读量、点赞、评论、转发、粉丝增长、转化率、ROI等)。
- 使用平台后台或第三方工具进行数据分析,撰写周/月报,找出问题并优化内容/策略。
- 根据数据反馈调整运营方向,形成闭环迭代

Social Media Operations PositionDaily Account Operations and Content Publishing
- Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of multiple social media accounts, including content planning, copywriting, editing, visual layout, and scheduled publishing (images & text, short videos, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels in alignment with the brand image, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
- Monitor platform trends and dynamics, rapidly respond to trending topics and news events, and produce timely, reactive content.
Content Strategy Formulation and Planning
- Based on the company’s marketing objectives, product features, and target user personas, develop monthly/quarterly content operation strategies and promotion plans.
- Identify user needs and interests, plan special topics, trending campaigns, and content series to enhance reach, engagement, and participation.
- Leverage KOL/influencer collaborations and cross-platform campaigns to increase brand exposure and drive conversions.
User Interaction and Community Operations
- Timely respond to comments, direct messages, and user feedback; manage negative sentiment and protect brand reputation while maintaining positive fan relationships.
- Boost fan engagement, retention rate, and loyalty through interactive activities such as campaigns, giveaways, Q&A sessions, etc.
- Build and manage fan communities to promote user retention and conversion.
Data Monitoring and Optimization
- Track key performance metrics (such as impressions, likes, comments, shares, follower growth, conversion rate, ROI, etc.).
- Utilize platform analytics tools or third-party platforms to conduct data analysis, prepare weekly/monthly reports, identify issues, and optimize content and strategies.
- Adjust operational direction based on data insights to establish a closed-loop optimization process.
Core Skills:
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong aesthetic sense
- Solid data analysis capabilities
- High sensitivity to social trends, creative campaign planning ability, and strong communication & coordination skills
- In-depth familiarity with mainstream social media platform rules and algorithms
- Strong ability to work under pressure, high execution capability, excellent team collaboration, and continuous curiosity about digital trends
Important Plus Point:
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools to efficiently generate high-quality social media content in volume
- Experience in Operating a Matrix of Accounts
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
