Position Summary

We are looking for a highly proactive Influencer Marketing Intern who can identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with content creators (KOLs).

This role is heavily execution-driven — your main goal is to find the right creators, initiate partnerships, and track their performance based on actual results (sales & engagement).

Key Responsibilities

1. KOL Outreach & Sourcing

  • Identify relevant creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Source nano to mid-tier influencers aligned with our brand (EDC, camping, BBQ, outdoor lifestyle)
  • Conduct daily outreach via DM, email, or influencer platforms
  • Maintain and update outreach tracking sheets

2. Creator Relationship Management

  • Communicate with creators regarding collaboration details
  • Coordinate product gifting and campaign requirements
  • Follow up to ensure content delivery (videos/posts)
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track affiliate links, discount codes, and creator performance
  • Analyze which creators generate sales and engagement
  • Identify top-performing creators for long-term partnerships
  • Help optimize outreach strategy based on performance data

4. Platform & Tools

  • Use tools like GRIN, affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin), and internal tracking sheets
  • Assist in managing influencer campaigns and creator pipelines

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Film, or related fields
  • Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital content
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with at least one major social media platform
  • Basic understanding of content trends and visual storytelling

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Personal social media account management experience
  • Interest in DTC brands, e-commerce, or UGC-driven marketing
  • Experience or curiosity around AI tools for content creation
  • Background in photography, videography, or creative fields

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $18.00 per hour
