The Media Elephant is a TikTok Shop growth agency helping brands scale through creators, content, and paid strategy. We are looking for a driven, highly organized operator to support creator relationships and community across multiple fast-growing brands.

This is a high-growth role with clear upside into a senior position as you take ownership of accounts and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day communication with TikTok creators and affiliates
• Build and manage Discord communities for each brand
• Execute large-scale creator outreach via email and TikTok DMs
• Identify and track top-performing influencers using Kalodata
• Create clear, performance-driven content briefs for creators
• Support weekly client calls and campaign coordination
• Track creator performance and help scale winning content

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in TikTok, creators, and social commerce
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and brands
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and fast-paced execution
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Hungry, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-scaling agency

Compensation:

• $45,000 – $55,000 base (depending on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to creator output and account growth
• Clear path to a higher-paying, senior role as you take on more ownership
