We’re looking for a Public Relations Account Executive who is ready to grow within a fast-paced agency environment and contribute meaningfully from day one. This role is best suited for someone with strong PR fundamentals, polished communication skills, a sharp editorial brain and a genuine interest in media, storytelling and brand building. They should be excited by the full scope of modern communications, from media relations and client strategy to events, brand partnerships, influencer engagement and activations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, collaborative and confident enough to run with the work, while also knowing when to ask the right questions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic PR and communications campaigns alongside senior leadership
  • Pitch media daily and proactively to local, regional and national journalists
  • Secure meaningful press coverage across print, digital, broadcast and industry outlets
  • Identify timely angles, trend hooks and culturally relevant opportunities that move a story forward
  • Draft compelling press releases, media pitches, award submissions, briefing materials, talking points and other client-facing collateral
  • Participate in internal brainstorms, strategy sessions and client calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Help manage day-to-day client communications, timelines, deliverables and follow-through
  • Contribute creative ideas that can evolve into media moments, partnerships, campaigns or experiential concepts
  • Assist in planning and executing client events, launches, media previews and brand activations
  • Support influencer and creator outreach tied to campaigns, openings and activations
  • Collaborate with our social and digital teams to ensure messaging and storytelling align across channels

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a public relations agency environment; real estate and corporate experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence pitching media and building reporter relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving instincts
  • A polished, professional and client-ready presence
  • A collaborative mindset and no-job-too-small attitude
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Graphic design, content creation or video editing capabilities are a plus
  • Candidates must be based in South Florida to be considered.
