This role will be instrumental in taking that story to market and winning against the best in the industry. The Role This is a frontline GTM leadership role for a builder, a strategist, and entrepreneur-minded visionary with an ambition to shape opportunities in the AI frontier. As SVP, Solutions, you will own how iQuanti shows up in the market — creating a differentiated narrative, defining solution strategy, and directly influencing how we win high-value enterprise deals. You will operate at the center of growth — partnering closely with senior leadership, stepping into critical client conversations, and competing head-to-head with top agencies and consultancies to win. Scope of ResponsibilitiesGTM Strategy & Solution Development** Define and own iQuanti’s GTM strategy — building a sharp, differentiated position in a crowded, competitive landscape
- Lead the development and commercialization of iQ.Ai and iQuanti’s proprietary platform suite as a true competitive differentiator
- Partner with executive leadership to shape growth strategy and category positioning
Existing Client Strategic Growth Support* Drive expansion within strategic accounts by elevating conversations beyond delivery to business impact
- Act as a senior advisor to clients, strengthening executive relationships and unlocking new opportunities
Partnership Acceleration & Ratings* Actively shape iQuanti’s standing with relevant and influential sourcing consultancies and research firms, as well as other influencers who impact enterprise buying decisions
- Build partnerships that extend reach and create competitive separation
New Business Strategic Support & RFP Leadership* Lead the strategy behind must-win deals — defining positioning, storytelling, and competitive differentiation
- Design innovative, outcome-oriented commercial approaches that challenge traditional agency models
- Coach teams to win against top-tier competition in complex enterprise sales cycles
Marketing Alignment & Thought Leadership* Own the narrative — ensuring iQuanti shows up with clarity, confidence, and differentiation across every channel
- Position iQuanti as a category challenger through bold, insight-led thought leadership
Team & Collaborative Leadership* Operate as a central GTM leader across the organization — aligning product, delivery, and growth teams
- Lead through influence — raising the bar for how teams think, position, and sell
What We’re Looking For* Proven GTM / Solutions leader from a top agency, consultancy, or marketing transformation firm — with deep experience in financial services, insurance, and healthcare
- Strong track record of winning and shaping large, complex enterprise deals
- Ability to translate proprietary AI and martech capabilities — including SEO/GEO, paid media, CRO, and analytics — into compelling business outcomes
- Executive presence with the ability to influence CMOs and senior decision-makers
- Commercially driven and experienced engaging sourcing consultancies, analyst firms, and C-suite buyers to shape market perception and drive pipeline

Compensation: The target base pay for this role is $260k. A higher number will be considered for individuals based on relevant skills and experiences, and depth of domain. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in the company’s stock option plan, and incentive compensation.
