Position Overview

The Social Media & Influencer Manager will shape how Graf Lantz shows up across social platforms, translating the brand’s values, aesthetic, and point of view into compelling social storytelling. This role owns organic social channels and creator partnerships end-to-end, blending strategy, content creation, and community engagement to build long-term brand affinity and drive meaningful growth. The Social Media and Influencer Manager will report to the Performance and Brand Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Social Strategy & Planning

  • Lead organic social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and LinkedIn.
  • Translate Graf Lantz’s brand pillars, tone of voice, and product roadmap into platform-native content that feels thoughtful, relevant, and distinctly on brand.
  • Stay informed on evolving platform behavior and cultural trends, applying insights selectively to support brand and business goals.
  • Plan and maintain a social content calendar aligned with seasonal moments, product launches, and key brand initiatives.
  • Write clear, confident captions with an editorial sensibility that reflects Graf Lantz’s voice.

Community Engagement

  • Serve as the primary brand voice across social channels, engaging with comments, messages, and customer conversations in a timely, considered manner.
  • Build authentic relationships with customers, followers, and brand advocates through consistent, human interaction.
  • Use sound judgment to identify and escalate feedback, issues, or opportunities to Marketing leadership or the Customer Experience team.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Own creator and influencer relationships from discovery through execution, including outreach, vetting, gifting, briefing, and follow-up.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships and maintain ongoing coordination with agency partners.
  • Oversee usage rights, whitelisting, and light negotiations with professionalism and clarity.
  • Review and guide creator content to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Produce a mix of lo-fi, high-impact content and more polished creative using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with the internal Creative team as needed, providing clear briefs and direction for additional content support.
  • Own day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and execution across all social platforms.

Performance & Insights

  • Track performance across social channels and influencer programs to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Identify what drives engagement, audience growth, and downstream conversion, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Share insights, learnings, and recommendations with the broader team on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements: Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally within eCommerce, lifestyle, fashion, or design-led industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple social platforms, with strong instincts for platform-specific content and audience behavior.
  • Experience working with influencers or creators, including outreach, briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft on-brand captions and thoughtful community responses.
  • Comfort creating and editing short-form content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage content calendars, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Data-aware and curious, with experience using performance insights to guide content decisions.
  • Confident cross-functional collaborator who works effectively with Creative, Brand, Performance, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a lean environment and takes ownership of channels end-to-end.
  • Genuine appreciation for well-designed products, thoughtful storytelling, and premium brand experiences.

Location: This position is hybrid and will be required to report to the LA office 2x per week.
