Description
If you are a marketing professional who thrives on turning strategy into measurable results, this is an opportunity to drive impactful programs that support sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that support Copeland’s aftermarket business across all US territory sales regions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with territory sales teams, wholesalers, and internal marketing partners to develop programs, events, and campaigns that drive engagement with contractors and distributors. You will leverage insights and data to identify opportunities, deploy targeted marketing initiatives, and ensure programs align with broader business objectives.
As the Marketing Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with territory sales wholesalers to develop marketing plans aligned with strategic aftermarket programs
- Lead the planning and direction for territory wholesaler events, contractor shows, and field marketing activities
- Build and deploy aftermarket marketing programs tailored to territory sales accounts while supporting broader enterprise marketing initiatives
- Serve as the primary owner of our online print-store portal and manage the relationship with print suppliers
- Develop and execute content strategies for professional influencers aligned with key marketing programs and campaigns
- Partner with sales teams to support local marketing needs, including product information management (PIM) and digital asset management (DAM) requests
- Enable territory sales teams with marketing tools, messaging, and materials that support customer engagement and drive product adoption
- Use marketing data and insights to identify opportunities, optimize program performance, and improve campaign outcomes
- Manage program budgets, agency partners, and project timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope
- Communicate marketing strategies, program progress, and results to key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and business leadership
Required education, experiences & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience planning and executing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and within scope
- Experience managing program budgets, agency partners, and small teams
- Ability to leverage data and insights to identify opportunities and optimize marketing performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present strategies and results to stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly solve challenges/problems
- Ability to manage and grow relationships with cross-functional teams
Preferred education, experiences & skills:
- Master’s degree in business management or marketing
- Experience working in B2B or channel-driven industries such as HVACR, industrial, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with contractor, distributor, or wholesaler marketing programs
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM), product information management (PIM), and marketing automation tools
- Experience either working with or at mid to large-sized marketing and/or digital agencies
- Experience with project management tools (i.e., Monday.com)

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
