Clean Nutra is looking for a high-energy Influencer Marketing Manager to help us scale one of the most important growth channels in the business.
This role sits at the intersection of relationships and revenue. You’ll be managing our influencer network day-to-day—making sure creators feel taken care of, excited to work with us, and consistently producing content that performs. At the same time, you’ll own performance: tracking results, identifying winners, scaling what works, and cutting what doesn’t.
You’ll work closely with a growing roster of creators across TikTok and Instagram, helping guide content, coordinate campaigns, and turn influencer partnerships into a predictable, scalable revenue channel. This isn’t a passive role—we’re looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and constantly pushing for better results.
We want someone who’s fun, energetic, and naturally great with people—but also sharp, organized, and performance-driven. Someone who takes initiative, moves fast, and brings new ideas without being asked.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning influencer channel performance (revenue, ROAS, CPA, profitability)

Managing and optimizing a large network of influencers and affiliates

Scaling top-performing creators and doubling down on winners

Cutting or fixing underperforming partnerships quickly
*
Recruiting and onboarding new influencers consistently to grow the pipeline

Guiding creators on content that converts (UGC, hooks, offers, trends)
*
Coordinating campaigns, product sends, and promotional pushes
*
- Testing new strategies, incentives, and content angles to improve performance
Qualifications
2–5+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
*
Strong experience in e-commerce/DTC (supplements experience is a plus)

Proven track record of driving revenue through influencer or affiliate channels

Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and UGC that converts
*
Comfortable working with performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.)

- Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of creators

Success in this role means turning influencer marketing into a consistent and scalable revenue engine for Clean Nutra. You’ve built a roster of high-performing creators who are driving meaningful, profitable revenue on a regular basis. You know exactly who your top performers are, why they’re working, and how to scale them further. Underperformers are quickly identified and either improved or replaced. There’s always a strong pipeline of new creators being tested, and the overall channel continues to grow in both revenue and efficiency. Simply put—you are directly and measurably impacting the company’s growth.
