Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person user visits and in-depth interviews across LA and nearby cities to gather insights on local culture, shopping habits, and lifestyle trends
  • Translate research findings into actionable brand communication strategies that align with local market needs—across social content, e-commerce operations, and brand voice
  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook; handle ongoing communication and post-campaign performance reviewss
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, and track performance metrics to inform future efforts
  • Engage directly with customers by responding to DMs and comments, helping to understand buyer needs and manage community feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • experience in user research, market research, fashion/e-commerce/retail, or a related field
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within the greater LA area and surrounding regions
  • Deep understanding of the LA market—its cultural nuances, diverse communities, and consumer behavior
  • Outgoing, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • A natural eye for fashion, trends, and what resonates with local audiences
  • Solid understanding of how social platforms work, and a genuine ease in building connections with people

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
