Role Overview
We’re looking for an in-office Social Media Manager / Content Creator to own and execute Super Chix’s organic social presence across platforms through high-quality, engaging content.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a high-energy brand perfect for fun, trendy, and engaging social content. You’ll have the freedom to push ideas, test concepts, and help shape our online personality—while being part of a growing marketing team in the highly creative fast casual dining space.
You’ll plan, create, and publish content across platforms, owning day-to-day execution while working closely with the Director of Marketing on broader strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute organic social strategy across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Build and manage a consistent content calendar
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video and static content
- Create platform-native content tailored to each channel
- Stay on top of trends and quickly produce relevant, on-brand content while they’re still timely
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and guest interactions
- Support posting and engagement across Google Business Profiles and other owned channels
- Identify and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships
- Track performance and optimize content based on KPIs
- Maintain and organize content libraries and assets
- Partner with franchisees to support local store marketing
Required Background
- Portfolio required (examples of content, campaigns, or accounts you’ve managed)
- 5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Proven ability to grow social accounts and drive engagement
Skills & Experience
- Strong content creation skills (short-form video, photography, editing)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt voice by platform
- Deep understanding of social trends and platform best practices
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows
- Comfortable analyzing performance and optimizing content
- Experience with influencer/creator partnerships is a plus
- Food photography experience is a strong plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
