Job Summary

The Nonprofit & Digital Marketing Communications Specialist will report to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Impact and serve as a key partner in bringing client strategies to life.

  • Write, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
  • Schedule and manage social media content using tools such as Buffer
  • Launch, monitor, and support optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Pull and analyze reports from CRM systems to better understand donor behavior, audience segments, and campaign performance.
  • Assist in segmenting audiences and applying insights to strengthen campaign targeting and messaging.
  • Monitor monthly and campaign performance across channels and proactively identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Support proactive outreach efforts including influencer engagement, corporate partnership prospecting, and community-building initiatives.
  • Stay informed on marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continuously improve performance and efficiency, especially looking at AI and how that will be impacting the industry.
  • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to overall agency operations and success.
