This role is onsite in either our Carlsbad or Irvine office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns for launches, partnerships, and activations
  • Own day-to-day marketing operations, including asset organization, file management, and inbound requests
  • Prepare and package assets for press, partners, and creators, ensuring accuracy
  • Track press kits, shipments, and seeding logistics through delivery and follow-ups
  • Maintain timelines, briefs, and trackers to keep campaigns organized and moving
  • Coordinate across teams to gather assets, confirm deliverables, and ensure deadlines
  • Assist with event logistics including asset prep, shipping, and on-site materials
  • QA marketing materials across channels including website, email, and social

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or similar role
  • Experience supporting campaigns, content production, or marketing workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities at once
  • Strong organizational and project tracking skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with tools like Notion, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Drive, or similar systems
  • Familiarity with asset management and content production workflows
  • Experience with influencer, press, or partner coordination
  • Interest in gaming, consumer hardware, or community-driven brands
