About the Role :

Shalla is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to oversee all earned media opportunities for our influencer talent roster. You’ll be the key point of contact ensuring our talent is showcased, gifted, and connected to the right events and PR partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Curate and manage talent event calendars, submitting talent for relevant events and coordinating logistics.
• Oversee inbound event invitations and ensure smooth RSVPs.
• Manage talent gifting requests—collecting addresses, ensuring fulfillment, and following up.
• Be Shalla’s earned media PR liaison, building relationships with external PR agencies and ensuring they’re well-informed about our talent.
• Proactively pitch talent for collaborations, events, and gifting opportunities.

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or talent management.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, and ready to take ownership of the role.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to represent Shalla with external partners.
