The Role

We are seeking a Director / Sr. Director of Brand & Corporate Marketing to define, build, and scale Nile’s brand as a category leader in next-generation networking and security.

This is a highly visible, strategic leadership role reporting to the CMO, responsible for shaping Nile’s narrative, elevating brand presence, and driving integrated marketing efforts across creative, web, corporate communications, and content/campaigns .

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Executive Leadership to bring a bold, differentiated story to market.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Own and evolve Nile’s brand strategy, voice, and visual identity
  • Define and operationalize a category narrative that challenges legacy networking and security paradigms
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints

2. Creative & Design Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing in-house creative team (design, video, digital)
  • Set the bar for world-class storytelling and visual execution
  • Oversee brand systems, guidelines, and scalable creative processes

3. Website & Digital Experience

  • Own Nile’s website as a primary growth and storytelling platform
  • Drive continuous optimization across UX, messaging, SEO, and conversion
  • Partner with Demand Gen to improve funnel performance and engagement

4. Content & Integrated Campaigns

  • Lead the development of high-impact content (thought leadership, customer stories, executive narratives)
  • Orchestrate integrated campaigns that build awareness and support pipeline generation
  • Elevate Nile’s voice in key industry conversations (security, networking, NaaS)

5. Corporate Communications & PR

  • Shape Nile’s corporate narrative across media, analysts, and industry influencers
  • Drive PR strategy, executive visibility, and speaking opportunities
  • Manage crisis communications and reputation management when needed

6. Cross-Functional Leadership and Enablement

  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and launches
  • Align with Demand Gen to ensure brand fuels pipeline
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partners to strengthen field messaging and enablement assets

Qualifications:

  • A strategic brand builder and enabler who has helped scale a B2B tech company (preferably in networking, security, SaaS, or infrastructure)
  • Equally comfortable setting vision and rolling up your sleeves
  • A storyteller at heart who can translate complex technology into compelling narratives
  • A creative leader with a strong eye for design and user experience
  • Data-informed, with a strong grasp of digital performance and metrics
  • Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams
