Role Overview

We’re hiring a  Content & Livestream Manager  to own the execution and performance of short-form content and TikTok live streams across multiple client accounts.

This role sits at the intersection of  creative strategy, production, and revenue performance .

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing content pipelines
  • Overseeing livestream execution
  • Working directly with creators and hosts
  • Driving measurable GMV through content and live

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage high-volume short-form content pipelines (TikTok, IG Reels)
  • Develop hooks, angles, and concepts that drive conversions
  • Analyze content performance and iterate quickly
  • Coordinate with creators and internal editors

Livestream Operations

  • Plan, schedule, and manage TikTok live streams
  • Work directly with hosts and producers during live sessions
  • Optimize live structure, offers, and scripting to increase GMV
  • Monitor live performance and adjust in real-time

Creator Management

  • Work 1:1 with creators to improve output and performance
  • Provide feedback on content, scripting, and delivery
  • Identify high-performing creators and scale them

Performance Tracking

  • Track KPIs across content and live (GMV, CVR, AOV, etc.)
  • Report on performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Continuously test new formats, offers, and strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in TikTok, short-form content, or social media management
  • Strong understanding of what makes content convert (not just go viral)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
  • Experience with livestreaming (TikTok Shop preferred)
  • Strong communication and ability to manage creators and talent
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and iterate quickly

Bonus Points

  • TikTok Shop experience
  • Experience managing creators or influencer campaigns
  • Background in DTC, e-commerce, or paid media
  • On-camera or production experience
