Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support social media and creator content while assisting with posting, scheduling, and writing captions and copy across the Beauty&Hair Portfolio (including Wigs.com, WigOutlet.com & TheWigCompany.com). This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves social media, influencer coordination, and content execution across multiple platforms under guidance and strategy direction. This is an on-site role based in Addison, TX , working closely with our marketing and creative teams.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Scheduling & Execution

• Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest)
• Write and format captions aligned with each brand’s voice
• Tag products, add links, and ensure posts are accurate and shoppable (including LikeShop)
• Follow content calendars and ensure all posts go live on time

Creator & Community Support

• Support influencer and ambassador relationships through communication, follow-ups, and coordination
• Assist with creator outreach, gifting programs, and tracking deliverables
• Organize and maintain creator content, assets, and internal systems
• Respond to comments, DMs, and tags in a timely, on-brand way
• Engage with the community and help foster positive brand interactions

Content Organization & Platform Management

• Upload and organize content across social platforms and internal tools
• Maintain LikeShop and ensure all content is properly tagged and linked
• Organize story assets, user-generated content, and creator submissions
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all published content

Content Production Support

• Assist with quarterly photoshoots (setup, props, light organization support)
• Capture behind-the-scenes content for social stories and reels
• Act as a content runner during shoot days to capture quick, on-the-fly moments

Light Content Creation & Editing

• Create simple graphics for social (stories, promotions, giveaways) using Canva
• Assist with basic video editing for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Format and prepare content for publishing

• You have excellent writing and communication skills for captions, copy, and community engagement
• You’re comfortable supporting creator workflows, community management, and occasional on-set content production
• You have a creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and brands
• You’re proactive, reliable, and quick to follow up
• You enjoy both creative work and behind-the-scenes execution
• You’re excited to learn and grow in social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Familiarity with influencer or creator programs
• Experience with Canva or basic design tools
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience in content creation or photography
