Job Summary

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor conversations about the brand, industry trends, and competitors; leverage insights to refine campaigns.
  • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, optimizing targeting and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining a consistent posting calendar.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content discoverability on search engines and social platforms.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media outreach, and maintaining positive relationships with industry partners.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of platform-specific strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in video editing for creating compelling multimedia content that captures audience attention.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research methods, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including E-commerce integrations and branding strategies.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to build partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and audience targeting options for effective ad spend utilization.
