About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and culturally plugged-in Marketing Manager to lead and scale our community, influencer, affiliate, and TikTok Shop efforts. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, creator partnerships, and performance marketing.

This person is not just a campaign executor—they are a brand steward. You will ensure that every creator partnership, community interaction, and piece of content consistently reflects and elevates the brand’s voice, tone, and positioning across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Storytelling Leadership

- Act as a guardian of brand voice and tone across all community, influencer, and affiliate channels

- Translate brand positioning into culturally relevant, platform-native content and creator briefs

- Ensure all creator content aligns with brand standards while feeling authentic

- Partner with creative and brand teams to evolve messaging without losing brand integrity

Community Management

- Build, nurture, and engage a loyal brand community

- Engage with customers in a way that reflects brand voice

- Develop strategies to increase engagement and advocacy

- Identify and activate brand superfans and ambassadors

Influencer Marketing

- Own influencer strategy from discovery to execution

- Source creators aligned with brand voice and aesthetic

- Develop clear and inspiring briefs

- Negotiate contracts and manage deliverables

- Track performance and optimize campaigns

Affiliate & TikTok Shop Management

- Build and scale affiliate program

- Lead TikTok Shop affiliate strategy

- Recruit and onboard creators for shoppable content

- Manage commissions, seeding, and incentives

- Ensure content balances conversion and brand storytelling

- Track KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, and AOV

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with brand, social, and e-commerce teams

- Align on campaigns and messaging

- Provide feedback based on insights

Analytics & Reporting

- Analyze performance and provide insights

- Track both brand and performance KPIs

- Continuously optimize strategies

Qualifications

- 4–7+ years of relevant experience

- Strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling

- Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystems

- Proven ability to manage creators and campaigns

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Data-driven with creative instincts
