Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, creative Social Media Specialist to support and execute our business strategy on social media. This individual will oversee daily social media operations and play a key role in bringing our brand to life through compelling content and strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity strategy across all social media platforms.
  • Create a social media calendar that aligns with the product releases and promotion campaigns.
  • Monitor social media conversations and trends to ensure timely, relevant messaging; adjust or pause content as needed.
  • Review and provide feedback on creative assets to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Stay aligned on upcoming projects by participating in weekly creative meetings and providing updates and feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, maintain a competitive content library, and identify new opportunities through regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all initiatives align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Partner with Customer Service to maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Attend photoshoots, brand activations, and events, assisting with content capture that supports the social strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, providing feedback and resolving issues to maximize partnerships.
  • Track and manage all social media projects in collaboration with creative and merchandising teams.
  • Oversee and track ad files across multiple campaigns, ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper version control
  • Measure, review, and report on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly, identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Support the business needed with influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
  • Proven experience reviewing all social media performance data.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
  • Associate's Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms preferred.
  • Experience using Canva or other design software preferred.
  • Experience sourcing, downloading, and organizing digital images.
  • Strong understanding of color, composition, and visual design principles.
