Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing, will own the execution and optimization of influencer seeding and organic creator initiatives to drive consistent brand visibility, engagement, and advocacy across key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels). This role plays a critical part in scaling the brand’s creator network through best-in-class execution, while also contributing to strategy development through insights, creator identification, and performance analysis.

This individual will act as a key operator and partner to the Sr. Marketing Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day influencer workflows while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and impact. The role collaborates closely with Marketing, Creative, DTC, Sales, and external partners.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities

Influencer Seeding Execution & Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end execution of always on and launch specific (pr mailer) influencer seeding programs, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with brand priorities.
  • Oversee and evolve seeding lists across creator tiers (nano, micro, mid-tier,mega), making informed decisions on prioritization and outreach.
  • Manage product seeding logistics at scale, including planning, fulfillment coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Lead execution of PR mailers, product drops, and cultural seeding moments, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong creator engagement.

Creator Relationships & Network Development

  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with a diverse network of creators, establishing the brand as a top partner of choice.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for influencer communications, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Proactively identify, vet, and onboard new creators to continuously strengthen and diversify the influencer pipeline.
  • Manage inbound creator engagement and convert organic interest into long-term brand advocacy.

Content Oversight & Amplification

  • Oversee tracking of influencer content generated through seeding efforts, ensuring visibility into performance and output.
  • Evaluate content quality and performance, surfacing top creators and posts for amplification opportunities.
  • Partner with Social and Paid teams to elevate high-performing UGC across owned and paid channels.
  • Support usage rights acquisition and ensure content is leveraged effectively across marketing initiatives.

Program Management & Operational Excellence

  • Own and maintain influencer tracking systems, databases, and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and usability.
  • Manage multiple concurrent seeding initiatives, timelines, and deliverables with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Partner with agencies and external vendors as needed, ensuring alignment, accountability, and seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and scalability of seeding programs.

Performance Insights & Strategic Contribution

  • Analyze influencer seeding performance and provide clear, actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Identify trends, creator behaviors, and cultural moments to inform broader influencer marketing strategy.
  • Recommend creators for deeper partnerships or paid opportunities based on organic performance.
  • Contribute to the development of influencer strategies by bringing forward data-backed recommendations and test-and-learn ideas.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a key cross-functional partner, ensuring influencer efforts are aligned with product launches and marketing priorities.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to integrate influencer content into 360 campaigns and retail moments.
  • Serve as a subject matter contributor for influencer marketing within the broader organization.

Paid Influencer Support

  • Support execution of paid influencer campaigns as needed, ensuring alignment with organic creator learnings.
  • Assist in identifying and transitioning high-performing organic creators into paid partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or related field
  • Beauty, fashion, or agency experience preferred
  • Proven experience managing influencer seeding programs and creator relationships at scale
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to own multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience working with influencer tools, tracking systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating with a level of autonomy

Compensation:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of Milani’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to location, education, skills, and experience. The base salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00
