We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who combines content execution, social media management, and community engagement with the ability to coordinate Pro Staff, product testing programs, and partner marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and execution-focused
  • Has strong visual content (photo/video) skills
  • Can manage multiple external relationships professionally
  • Understands how to represent a brand consistently across different channels

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

  • Manage and execute social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Pro Staff & Influencer Coordination

  • Manage and communicate with Pro Staff members and brand ambassadors
  • Coordinate product seeding, content expectations, and feedback collection
  • Track performance and engagement of Pro Staff contributors
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and content creators

Tester Program Management

  • Organize and manage product tester programs
  • Coordinate shipment, usage feedback, and content deliverables
  • Collect structured feedback for internal teams (product, engineering, marketing)
  • Ensure professional and consistent communication with testers

Dealer & Partner Marketing Support

  • Coordinate marketing activities with dealers, distributors, and partners
  • Support co-marketing efforts such as promotions, campaigns, and events
  • Assist with trade shows and industry events (e.g., SHOT Show)
  • Ensure alignment of brand messaging across partner channels

Coordination & Execution

  • Track ongoing campaigns, content calendars, and deliverables
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, customer service)
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and partnerships
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of all assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content-related roles
  • Strong photo and video production skills (shooting + editing)
  • Experience managing social media platforms professionally
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented work style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in firearms, hunting, outdoor, optics, or tactical industries
  • Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or content creators
  • Familiarity with thermal imaging or night vision products
  • Experience supporting dealer or distributor marketing activities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, campaigns, analytics)
  • Create high-quality photo and video content for product promotion and brand storytelling
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
  • Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to audience interactions

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
