Description Bou is a new-school Nordic brand company that builds brands in various domains; including design, marketing, development and communications. We are currently looking for a US-based, tech-savvy PR and communications freelancer, who has strong relationships with lifestyle & mass media, to join our project team for our upcoming project.

Responsibilities

Leading PR & Media outreach in the US, working directly with our Europe-based client and the rest of our brand team
Media outreach to select journalists
Contribute to the overall PR strategy with local insights, and working closely with the rest of the project team to execute the strategy

Requirements

Fluent in English
Strong experience (5+ years) in PR & communications
Strong relationships with and track record of successfully pitching to US-based tier 1 lifestyle and general news media
Previous PR experience in food, health & wellness verticals
Previous experience in influencer campaigns & PR packages is a bonus
Crisis communication know-how is a bonus
