Factor Form is seeking a highly motivated Growth Intern to work directly with the Head of Growth. This role will focus on applying analytical rigor, executing cross-functional projects, and supporting strategic initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer & Affiliate Admin: Identify potential brand ambassadors, manage outreach pipelines, and track sample shipments.
  • Content Coordination: Assist in managing the social media calendar and basic community management (responding to comments/DMs).
  • Growth Support: Help execute email marketing campaigns and SMS blasts via platforms like Klaviyo or Postscript.
  • Market Research: Keep a pulse on supplement trends, competitor moves, and new "viral" ingredients or marketing hooks.
  • Operations & Admin: Maintain organized folders for creative assets and update weekly growth tracking spreadsheets.

Invoice Management: Track, organize, and execute invoicing across marketing partners

Who You Are:

  • Current Undergraduate: Ideally studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Supplement Savvy: You care about health, fitness, or biohacking. You know the difference between a pre-workout and a nootropic.
  • Conscientious & Detail-Oriented. You sweat the details. You catch errors others miss. You follow through. You build systems that prevent chaos.
  • Platform Fluent: You understand TikTok, IG, and YouTube trends—not just as a user, but as a marketer.
  • Self-Starter: You're comfortable with the "figure it out" nature of a startup.
