Location: Santa Monica (Hybrid, 60% in HQ Office) | Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and culturally fluent Manager, Social Commerce to lead our affiliate influencer ecosystem and help scale creator-driven revenue across ShopMy, Amazon Creator, TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce platforms.

This role will own our socially-driven affiliate engine, elevate the rigor of our measurement framework, and help build scalable creator infrastructure that fuels brand equity and performance. The ideal candidate understands how prestige brands win in culture and how to convert attention into revenue.

You will live at the intersection of brand marketing, performance marketing, social commerce, and demand generation, driving measurable ROI from creator partnerships while maintaining an ultra-premium, design-forward, brand presence to cultivate consumer aspiration and desire.

Key Responsibilities

ShopMy Platform Ownership & Scale

  • Own and scale the brand’s ShopMy ecosystem as a measurable revenue-driving channel.
  • Develop a tiered creator recruitment strategy across micro, mid-tier, and top-performing affiliate creators. Identify and proactively recruit high-intent, commerce-driven creators who convert within the prestige beauty, hair and hair tools categories.
  • Build and execute onboarding plan to efficiently activate new creators with clear brand positioning, key selling points, and conversion hooks.
  • Create repeatable affiliate briefs designed specifically for conversion (demo-first, comparison-driven, problem/solution storytelling). Partner with creators to integrate products into evergreen ShopMy storefronts, curated collections, and seasonal edits.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to align affiliate incentives with paid amplification opportunities, key promo moments, etc.
  • Consistently refresh communications with new content hook concepts, promos, and other content to drive conversion.
  • Establish key monthly performance goals and KPI’s. Develop retention and VIP strategies for top revenue-driving creators.

Amazon Creator Connections

  • Partner closely with the Amazon lead to:
  • Build and scale presence within Amazon’s Creator Connections platform. Recruit net-new creators into our ecosystem and help manage existing.
  • Increase shoppable video creator content, storefront integrations, and conversion-driving assets. Test-and-learn for Amazon-optimized UGC formats (vertical video, comparison demos, storefront content)

TikTokShop

  • Partner closely with our DTC lead and TTS agency to:
  • Help manage brand approvals for outreach and seeding to brand-aligned creators
  • Meet seeding goals each month, track revenue and recommend optimizations to enhance selling
  • Craft creator-facing brand comms to ensure alignment to brand voice

UGC Engine for DTC Revenue

  • Help build and operationalize a scalable UGC engine that fuels DTC growth across paid social, PDPs, email, SMS, and landing pages in partnership with the DTC team.
  • Develop creator briefs designed for performance (hook testing, ceramic v plastic, demo-led storytelling, comparison content, testimonial formats).
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to identify creative gaps and proactively source UGC that addresses full funnel-stage needs (upper vs mid vs lower funnel)
  • Help to build a content pipeline calendar in partnership with the DTC team that ensures a steady cadence of fresh creative to prevent ad fatigue.
  • Collaborate with DTC team to optimize PDPs using creator-led demo videos, testimonials, and educational content.
  • Track and report on UGC contribution to ROAS, CAC improvement, content quantity.
  • Build a library of high-performing assets and continuously refresh based on data.

Measurement, KPIs & ROI Rigor

  • Establish clear KPIs for seeding, UGC, affliliate revenue
  • Create a standardized reporting cadence (weekly, monthly, campaign recap) and share out in established forums with expanded team (weekly meeting, Town Hall, etc.)
  • Relentlessly optimize based on measurement insights.

OTHER KEY SUPPORT

Evergreen Organic Influencer Strategy & Seeding

  • Support organic seeding program that drives consistent, high-quality earned content.
  • Identify, vet, and cultivate relationships with creators across beauty, hair, fashion, and lifestyle.

Events Strategy + Execution

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to concept, support, and execute influencer-facing events tied to product launches, retail moments, and cultural activations (ie: film premieres, New York Fashion Week, etc.)
  • Help develop creator/affiliate invite lists strategically across tiers (macro, mid-tier, micro, affiliate-first creators) to balance buzz and conversion.
  • Translate event investment into measurable content outputs (content volume, affiliate links, UGC usage rights, Amazon storefront placements, etc.).
  • Support influencer logistics pre-, during, and post-event including outreach, briefing, gifting, content usage rights.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent, high-quality organic creator buzz around product launches.
  • Measurable revenue contribution from ShopMy, Amazon creator connect, TTS and other affiliate platforms.
  • A scalable UGC engine that materially improves DTC ROAS.
  • Clear reporting that demonstrates ROI.
  • Increased operational efficiency and repeatability to scale outreach and relationship management.
  • Strong cross-functional partnerships with Brand, Social, DTC, Creative and Sales teams.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce.
  • Experience managing organic seeding at scale (prestige beauty or lifestyle preferred).
  • Deep familiarity with ShopMy, TikTok Shop and Amazon creator affiliate platforms.
  • Strong understanding of DTC performance metrics and creative assets to drive improved ROAS, CAC, and other key DTC metrics.
  • Analytical; comfortable building KPI dashboards.
  • Highly organized, systems-driven, and relationship-oriented.
  • Based in or willing to work hybrid in Los Angeles.
