Job Description E-commerce & D2C Channel Development
Lead the setup and growth of Synear’s D2C and e-commerce channels, including storefront creation, product listings, and optimization.
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to drive revenue growth.
Support cost estimation and margin analysis, including product pricing, shipping costs, and platform fees.
Collaborate with internal teams to establish in-house logistics workflows, including order fulfillment, warehousing, and shipping processes. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing plans across digital, e-commerce, events, and in-store channels.
Support traffic generation strategies for D2C channels (paid ads, social media, influencer collaborations, etc.).
Oversee event planning and execution for trade shows, roadshows, and promotional activations.
Supervise and support junior marketing staff or interns as needed. Customer Engagement & Sales Support
Partner with Sales to support key account promotions and omnichannel campaigns.
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and engagement metrics to improve product positioning and user experience. Operational Coordination
Coordinate logistics for marketing and e-commerce activities, including product shipments, inventory, and vendor management.
Work closely with internal teams or vendors to ensure smooth warehousing, fulfillment, and delivery.
Maintain marketing budgets, e-commerce cost tracking, and campaign performance reports. Additional Information
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing preferred
Strong communication skills, Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
At least 5 year of E-commerce experience, food industry preferred
Hands-on experience with D2C or e-commerce operations, preferably building or managing online stores.
Strong understanding of e-commerce sales, pricing strategy, and cost structure (COGS, shipping, platform fees, margins).
Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment processes.
Experience with platforms such as Shopify, instacart, or similar is preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory domestically and/or internationally as needed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.
Pay range: $80,000 - $100,000/ year, plus up to 20% performance bonus
Onsite 5 days a week, Monday - Friday
