Traveler's Choice is a leading designer and manufacturer of award-winning travel goods and luggage, with over 40 years of heritage. We sell across major national retailers, Amazon, and our own website at travelerchoice.com. We're growing the brand beyond paid ads and looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own our influencer, creator, and earned media programs.

About the Role

This is a relationship and outreach role. You will build TC's influencer seeding program from the ground up, pitch our products to press and content creators, manage our affiliate program, and generate the kind of organic brand awareness that paid advertising can't buy. Your work will drive traffic and sales across both our website and Amazon. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside a paid search team that handles Google, Meta, TikTok ads and SEO.

We're a small team that moves fast and gives people real ownership over their work. If you want to build something and see the results of what you put out, this is a good place to do it.

What You'll Own

Influencer Seeding & Creator Partnerships

Find and build relationships with creators in travel, lifestyle, and adventure who genuinely fit the brand. Send product, stay in touch, and help them make content that lands. Track what's working and do more of it.

PR & Earned Media

Pitch TC to editors and writers at places like Wirecutter, Travel + Leisure, BuzzFeed, and similar outlets. Get us into gift guides, product roundups, and travel content. This is relationship work as much as it is pitching.

Affiliate Program

Own our CJ Affiliate program from publisher recruitment to performance tracking. Grow the number of active partners and the revenue they bring in.

Organic Social Media

Run TC's Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Write the captions, build the content calendar, repurpose creator content, and show up in the comments. The goal is a feed people actually want to follow, not just a product catalog.

Brand Consistency Help keep TC looking and sounding like TC across everything we put out. As the brand grows and the product line expands, you'll contribute to keeping our brand standards current and consistent across social, press materials, and creator assets.

Brand Awareness — Website & Amazon

Everything you do feeds into one goal: more people knowing who we are. We track it through referral and social traffic on our website, and through Brand Store traffic and branded search on Amazon. When the work is landing, both go up.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or brand PR
  • Experience building and managing a creator or outreach pipeline
  • Hands-on with organic social — you've run accounts, written copy, and built content calendars yourself
  • Comfortable with affiliate platforms and basic attribution tools like UTM tracking and GA4
  • A strong writer who can pitch, connect, and follow up naturally
  • A good eye for brand — you notice when something feels off and know how to bring it back

Bonus Points

  • Background in consumer goods, travel, luggage, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with how Amazon works and how outside awareness affects performance there
  • Existing relationships with travel or lifestyle press
  • Experience with Canva for social or pitch assets
  • You've worked on or contributed to a brand guide before

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $85,000 base salary, based on experience
