Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead content creation efforts, including writing, editing, graphic design, photography, and video editing to produce captivating posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage daily social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule, monitor, and analyze campaigns.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, gather insights on audience preferences, and identify trending topics for timely engagement.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach and ROI while maintaining consistent branding standards.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to craft cohesive messaging strategies that enhance brand image and manage crisis communication when necessary.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to expand reach and strengthen brand loyalty through relationship management initiatives.
- Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and aligns with branding guidelines while maintaining a consistent voice across channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on social media management at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and how they integrate into content strategies for maximum visibility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for creating engaging visual content.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social to track conversations and analyze sentiment.
- Familiarity with social advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager for executing targeted campaigns.
- Excellent graphic design skills combined with photography expertise to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional relationship management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
- Strong proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
