The Role
We are seeking a Creator & Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale influencer and affiliate marketing as a core revenue channel.
This is not a coordinator role. This position is responsible for driving measurable business impact through creator partnerships, content strategy, and affiliate performance.
You will build on an already strong foundation—including our existing creator network and TikTok Shop presence—and develop it into a scalable, performance-driven growth engine.
This role operates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Rednote, and emerging platforms, and requires the ability to work with micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers.
It is a high-ownership, execution-focused role requiring strong judgment, speed, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Network Development & Management
- Build, expand, and manage a high-performing network of creators across multiple platforms
- Identify high-potential creators early and develop them into long-term partners
- Establish and maintain relationships across all influencer tiers (micro, mid, macro)
- Continuously source and onboard new creators aligned with brand and performance goals
Campaign Execution
- Execute daily influencer initiatives, including gifting, paid partnerships, and affiliate activations
- Manage outreach, product seeding, timelines, and deliverables at scale
- Develop clear, effective creator briefs that balance performance goals with creative authenticity
- Ensure consistent execution across a high volume of campaigns
Affiliate Program Ownership
- Own and scale affiliate performance across TikTok Shop and external platforms
- Manage affiliate structures including links, codes, commissions, and payouts
- Identify top-performing creators and allocate resources to maximize revenue contribution
- Continuously optimize program performance and efficiency
Content & Trend Strategy
- Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Rednote, and emerging platforms
- Identify high-performing and emerging content formats and rapidly deploy them through creators
- Translate trends into conversion-focused campaigns, not just engagement
- Actively participate in in-house content creation, including filming, testing, and iterating on trend-driven and viral content formats
- Continuously research, test, and validate new content angles that have potential to scale
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance across key metrics including GMV, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
- Identify successful creators, campaigns, and formats, and scale them effectively
- Continuously test new creators, content approaches, and partnership structures
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall channel performance
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships with a strong focus on performance and revenue outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow creator relationships across micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers
- Deep understanding of social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Rednote, and emerging channels
- Strong understanding of social commerce and conversion-driven content
- Experience with platforms and tools such as: CreatorIQ, Euka, or similar influencer/affiliate management systems
- Affiliate platforms (e.g., Shopify-based tools, CreatorIQ, Impact, ShareASale, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in external interactions
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TikTok Shop or creator-led commerce ecosystems
- Background in beauty, cosmetics, or DTC brands
- Proficiency in additional languages (Mandarin is a plus)
- Personal experience as a content creator or managing a content-focused platform
Compensation
- Base salary: $70,500 – $78,000 (based on experience, performance, and overall contribution)
- Commission and performance-based bonuses tied to revenue and growth
