Overview
We’re a multi-brand CPG beauty company seeking a video-first, graphic-savvy Social Media & Creative Specialist to support a men’s grooming brand’s social media presence, influencer programs, and day-to-day creative execution, with occasional support across our broader brand portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to create and adapt short-form content, support an always-on influencer and UGC engine, and gain hands-on experience across social media, graphic design, and emerging AI-powered creative tools.
Candidates should be curious and motivated to adapt their skillset across AI-powered tools and programs to help improve creative efficiency and workflows across the department.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Support
- Support the creation, batching, and publishing of short-form, platform-native content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories, with occasional support for YouTube Shorts
- Assist with executing a rolling social content calendar tied to promotions, launches, and evergreen storytelling
- Help develop and maintain scalable content pillars and recurring series formats
- Create and adapt supporting Stories, static posts, and carousels when strategically needed
- Assist with posting, tagging, and maintaining organized social asset libraries
- Ensure all content delivers strong hooks, clear value, and a consistent brand voice across platforms
Influencer & UGC Coordination
- Support the execution of a men’s grooming influencer and UGC program across social platforms
- Assist with identifying, vetting, and sourcing influencers and UGC creators
- Help coordinate creator outreach, communication, and gifting logistics
- · Assist with preparing influencer briefs, mood boards, and content guidance
- · Track creator deliverables, approvals, and usage rights
- · Organize influencer and UGC content for reposting and paid amplification
- · Maintain an organized creator pipeline, performance tracker, and digital asset library to support consistency and scale
Community Management & Social Care
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions daily.
- Escalate customer service issues to brand team with context.
- Engage proactively with relevant communities (barbers, grooming/trending creators, men’s lifestyle, retail partners).
- Track recurring questions/feedback to inform content and product storytelling.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and report analytics monthly by platform (KPIs, insights, etc.).
- Identify top-performing hooks, series, and formats; replicate and iterate.
- Use learnings to update calendar priorities and creative approach in real time.
- Maintain efficiency by re-editing, re-cutting, or templating content where appropriate.
AI Tools & Creative Learning
- Assist with AI-assisted design tools
- Support content variations and efficiencies
- Learn best practices for AI workflows
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience, internships, or relevant coursework in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience supporting short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories
- Familiarity with basic content planning and batching workflows; experience supporting a social content calendar is a plus
- Working knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Rush, Photoshop, Canva, or similar
- General understanding of TikTok and Instagram best practices (hooks, trends, platform-native formats)
- Comfortable executing tasks independently while taking clear direction and feedback from leadership
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in beauty, lifestyle, or CPG brands
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
