Position Overview

This role requires a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving guest traffic, and promoting our restaurant, brewery, and event space across multiple channels. The Marketing Manager will work closely with ownership management, the culinary team, brewing staff and other key members to bring our brand to life through compelling campaigns, events, and community partnerships. We are looking for someone that is eager to grow with us, someone interested in immersing themselves deeply with each location & brand, and looking to be a key member of the team and our teams’ success.

Key Responsibilities

● Brand Strategy & Identity

○ Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.

● Digital Marketing & Social Media

○ Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging & viral

content, engaging with accounts / influencers, etc.

○ Website updates, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns.

○ Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.

○ Create and execute Email Marketing & sms campaigns.

○ Manage business listings and online presence (yelp, google business, etc.)

● Events & Promotions

○ Promote & coordinate in-house events (beer releases, seasonal celebrations, brewery

tours, collabs with local businesses, etc, by working closely with management.

○ Coordinating and teaming up with local businesses (ie. run clubs, yoga studios, softball

leagues), to find ways to drive traffic to the locations.

○ Collaborate with the brewing team to market new beer releases.

○ Support catering and private events through marketing and communicating with clients.

○ Generate and aid with booking of private events by coordinating with clients.

○ Fielding and coordinating private events - responding to inquires through various

platforms ie. Peerspace, promptly (with a 24hr response time).

● Community Engagement

○ Build partnerships with local organizations, influencers, media outlets, etc.

Represent the brand at festivals, tastings, and community events.

○ Help with event display and merchandising ie. Tent displays at festivals.

● Design and Content Creation

○ Coordinate design & updates of menus, flyers, posters, and digital graphics (in-house or

via agencies).

○ Develop photography and video assets.

○ Create engaging & viral content that brings our brand to the masses.

● Budgets, Reporting & Tracking Analytics

○ Manage marketing budgets efficiently.

○ Track and report on ROI of campaigns, promotions, and events.

● In-store design / Merchandising / Product Development

○ Assist in development of new product brands (merch, beer, coffee, etc.)

○ Merch design and display merchandising, signage, displays, visual presence.

○ Aid in the design and overall aesthetics of each location, ensuring our digital marketing

matches the guest experience and aesthetics. This can include everything from print

menus, to in-store displays signs, to even interior design elements to match our digital

presence.

○ Decorating stores for holidays.

● Customer Management.

○ Manage Birthday Club & Loyalty Programs

○ Responding to positive customer reviews, social comments, etc
