You are:

Energetic, excited, entertainment stars who bring dynamic energy and fun to the front line

You’ll be in the field creating real moments — not staged content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating  daily social media content  in real-world environments
• Connecting with people and capturing  authentic conversations
• Highlighting hidden gems (restaurants, businesses, communities)
• Producing fun, repeatable segments
• Following a  weekly content schedule and structure
• Collaborating on select segments with the  main hosts of Flippin’ Live (Anthony & Jenn)
• Creating and developing your  own unique segments and ideas
• Bringing humor, energy, and personality into every interaction
• Editing and delivering content that feels:
• Real
• Engaging
• Slightly  unpolished  (on purpose)

People who can:

Growth + Sponsorship Mindset

You will:

• Identify  sponsorship opportunities in the field
• Build relationships with local businesses and brands
• Help turn content and ideas into  revenue-generating partnerships.

Compensation (Performance-Based Opportunity)

This role is designed for people who want to grow fast and earn based on performance.

Base + Content Pay

• Weekly base for consistency  (based on experience)
• Per-content bonuses  for approved posts

Performance Bonuses

• Weekly/monthly bonuses tied to:
• Views
• Engagement
• Follower growth

Sponsorship Commission (Major Earning Opportunity)

• 10%–20% commission  on sponsorships you bring in

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)

Location & Travel Requirements

• Must be based in  New England
• Must be willing and able to  travel throughout New England regularly
• This is a  field-driven role  — you will be out in communities, not behind a desk
